General Qualification For The Post:-
1)The Candidates Must Have Minimum Education Qualification Of Class Viii Standard.
2)Age Not Less Than 18 Years And Not More Than 38 Years Of Age As On 01-01-2020.
In Appropriate Cases, Relaxation Of Age Will Be Admissible As Per Existing Rules.
1.Applications Must Be Accompanied With Attested Copies Of All Relevant Documents / Testimonials In Support Of The Education And Other Qualifications Including Experience. Three (3) Copies Of Duly Signed Recent Passport Size Photographs Should Invariably Be Enclosed With The Application.
2.Candidates In Service Should Apply Through Proper Channel With Noc From Their Employer.
3.Last Date Of Receipt Of Application Is 28.02.2020 And The Application Will Be Accepted During Office Hours.
4.Incomplete Applications Will Be Rejected Without Any Notice. No Application Will Be Entertained After The Last Date Fixed.
5.List Of Eligible Candidates Along With Specific Date Of Interview Shall Be Notified In The Official Website Of Kokrajhar District Judiciary (Www.Kukrajharjudiciary.Gov.In) As Well As In The Notice Board Of Office Of The Chief Judicial Magistrate , Kokrajhar In Due Course.
6.The Eligible Candidates Shall Be Required To Appear For Their Interview (Written/ Viva- Voce) Accordingly , In The Venue To Be Notified In The Notice Board/ Website.
7.Canvassing By Any Means Will Immediately Lead To Rejection Of Candidature.
8.The Application Received Either By Post Or By Hand After Last Date Of Submission Shall Not Be Accepted .
9.The Application Should Be Addressed To The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kokrajhar.
10.All Other Matters Regarding The Recruitment Process Which Are Not Specified Herein Shall Be Decided By The Selection Board Taking Note Of The Guidelines Of The Hon’ble Gauhati High Court.
11.All The Applications Shall Submit 2 (Two) Nos. Of Envelop Affixing Postal Stamp @ Rs. 5 /- (Rupees Five ) In Each Envelop Along With Their Self Address.
12.All The Eligible Candidates After Scrutiny Shall Be Called Upon To Appear Before Written Examination For 70 (Seventy) Marks And Successful Candidates Of Written Examination Further Needs To Appear Before Personal Interview For 30 Marks.
13.No Ta/Da Will Be Admissible.
14.Mobile Phone Or Electronic Gadget Of Any Kind Shall Not Be Allowed Inside The Examination Venue.
15.The Syllabus For The Written Examination Will Be Notified In The Official Website Of The Under Signed After Scrutiny Of The Applications In Due Course.
(b). On the above scheduled date(s) of the Walk-in-Interview, the candidate(s) will have to register themselves for the Walk- in-Interview at the venue compulsorily between 07:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Under no circumstance, candidate(s) will be allowed to register beyond the timings stated herein above.
(c). If the total number of candidate(s) registered for the Walk-in-Interview on the above scheduled date(s) is beyond the adequate limit/capacity, please note that the Walk-in-Interview for the remaining registered candidate(s) will be carried forward/completed on the subsequent day(s), as required.
(d).The process of Walk-in-Interview will proceed as per the list of candidate(s) registered for the same.
(e). Before registering for Walk-in-Interview, a candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the requisite educational and other eligibility conditions mentioned in this advertisement. If you do not meet the eligibility conditions and other specifications as mentioned in this advertisement, you will not be allowed to appear in the Walk-in-Interview. On the day of Walk-in- Interview, information furnished by the candidate will be verified from the original documents and only those candidates meeting the notified eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear in the Walk-in-Interview.
TA/DA will not be provided to the candidate(s) for appearing in the Walk-in-Interview. (g).Engagement of the selected candidate(s) will be subject to pre-engagement formalities. Candidate(s) working in any Government Department/Organisation/PSU, if selected, has to submit release letter from the present employer.
